If you’re looking for courage and bravery to be your true self, then you’ve come to the right place. Today we’d like to introduce you to Brené Brown, one of the kindest yet toughest thought leaders of this generation. She is a social worker, researcher, professor, storyteller, wife, mother and Texan. Here’s an excerpt from her informal website bio as a way of introduction.

Dr. Brown has spent more than two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. Her connective work has been influential to countless lives.
