Shelly Tolewitz, BSW, LSW, has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University with the first two years of her undergrad focusing on mental health. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree at Cleveland State University. Shelly is a trauma-informed Licensed Social Worker with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Crisis interventions. Shelly has experience working with a variety of mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to schizophrenia, bipolar, and other trauma-related disorders. Shelly brings experience as a therapist in both correctional and outpatient settings, working with children and individuals of all ages facing mental health and substance use challenges.
