Jenna Geiser has a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University anda  Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union. Jenna is a Licensed Social Worker. She has basic training in Trust-based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and trauma-focused approaches. She has experience working with youth and families and 5 years of previous experience with case management.
