Cindy Porter, MA, LPC, LPSC, has a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and earned a license in school counseling from Kent State University. She enjoys working with adults, marriages, families, and teens. Her focus in therapy is centered around how to heal nervous system dysregulation caused by trauma and finding healthy ways to fulfill emotional needs. She holds training in numerous therapeutic interventions and orientations, including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Sand Tray Therapy.
